Our Pastor

Rev. Wes Alford has been the pastor here at CPC Sweetwater since October of 2003. Wes and Beth moved here from the Nashville area with their one month old baby boy, Gibson, and were welcomed with open arms by a very loving congregation. Today, the Alfords have a total of six children in their quiver and continue to make their home in Sweetwater for the sake of the gospel.

Wes considers his highest calling to be a husband and father, a pastor and preacher as well as a student of God's Word.  He also likes to read, play his guitar and hike. Wes is grateful to be called to serve as a pastor, and to be called the pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church in Sweetwater.
